THIS IS AN ONSITE WORK POSITION

Position: Program Manager

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Certifications:

  1. Agile methodologies certifications.
  2. CompTIA certifications.

Required Experience:

  1. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  2. Practical experience in the software development life cycle.
  3. Strong familiarity with project modification processes.
  4. Experience in evaluating new technologies for best ROI.
  5. Skilled in managing organizational change, overcoming resistance, and driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
  6. Can effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience with project management tools.
  2. Experience in mentoring or coaching team members.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a continuous education and improvement plan for junior and senior application developers.
Research and evaluate new application development technologies and trends.
Assess the viability of new technologies by incorporating into identified proof-of-concept applications.
Provide day-to-day project management support for assigned applications.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Establish and implement application development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Provide training to staff on new technologies and development methodologies.
