Role: Snowflake Data architect
Location: Santa Clara (local Needed In around CA and f2f interview)
Visa: Any Visa except H1B
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 15 years of overall experience in data engineering/warehousing, with 3 5+ years as a Snowflake Architect/Data Architect.
- Strong handson experience with Snowflake (virtual warehouses, storage, compute, Streams/Tasks, Materialized Views, Time Travel, etc.).
- Expert level SQL and strong experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience building and managing ELT/ETL pipelines using tools such as Python, DBT, Informatica, Talend, ADF, or similar.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with crossfunctional and business stakeholders.
