Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead complex IT initiatives and provide technical leadership across multiple technologies in the healthcare industry. This role is pivotal in partnering with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to align business needs with innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic project management, and customer-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and act as Solution Delivery Architect for IT transformation projects, ensuring seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
- Develop and manage comprehensive technical and project plans to reduce project scope creep and align customer expectations effectively.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of large-scale SD-WAN solutions across hundreds of locations, overseeing hardware, circuit delivery, MPLS, and broadband services.
- Create and maintain detailed technical solution documentation for services such as SD-WAN, Hosted Cloud Voice, Mobility, and Broadband Aggregation.
- Specialize in designing custom solutions for nonstandard service offerings requiring extensive design and process documentation.
- Chair Design Review Boards to control program changes and minimize rework delays.
- Direct technical teams in deploying hosted voice and contact center solutions globally, supporting thousands of users and multiple data centers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, program management, security, and IT teams to establish a scalable and secure technology foundation.
- Ensure all projects achieve 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery metrics.
- Mentor and train global teams on network design, implementation, and support best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VoIP, Network Design, Unified Communications, and Systems Integration.
- Strong certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Demonstrated success in project management, IT transformations, disaster recovery planning, and managed services.
- Extensive experience with network engineering, telephony, hosted voice services, and broadband aggregation.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries, including telecom, banking, healthcare, and retail.
Pay Range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
