World Wide Technology is looking for a Datacenter Engineer.. This job is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services.

The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners.

Datacenter Engineer.

Location: Remote/Lots of Travel----(Lots of traveling. When not traveling, work can be done remote)

Duration: 6 Months Contract+

Required Skills:

Must be willing to travel. 3 Client sites and 4 legacy Newcrest sites (timing TBD) to be deployed, all internationally.

Must be physically able to rack and cable servers and switches

Must be familiar with managing Windows Server OS, Windows clustering (ie. Storage Spaces Direct), and Hyper-V

Must have some foundational networking knowledge to help troubleshoot with potential network/firewall issues

Knowledge of Azure Stack HCI is preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory is preferred.

Knowledge of Cisco servers (CIMC) & switches is preferred. Excluding travel time, a week at each site is sufficient.
