Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our team onsite in Texas. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in [SAP Module, e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD] and proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation, support, and optimization. This role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to analyze complex business processes, and deliver SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts onsite.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP solutions.

  • Configure SAP modules according to business requirements and best practices.

  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

  • Prepare functional and technical documentation, training materials, and reports.

  • Mentor junior SAP team members and provide knowledge transfer.

  • Ensure compliance with SAP standards and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP [specific module] with strong functional and technical knowledge.

  • Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work onsite with clients.

  • Experience with SAP integration across multiple modules is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

  • U.S. work authorization for onsite employment in Texas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in relevant module (SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM).

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology for SAP projects.

  • Experience in large-scale, multi-location SAP projects.
