We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within an Agile environment. This role requires experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with Jira and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Utilize Jira for tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
- Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Required Skills:
- Project Management - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Agile Expertise - Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices.
- Jira - Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Infrastructure Knowledge - Familiarity with infrastructure projects and dependencies.
