  • Contribute to the development of roadmaps, strategies, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem and broader enterprise architecture.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar technical leadership role (e.g., Technical Lead, Principal Engineer), with at least seven years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with third-party managed packages and API integration principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate consensus in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
