Job Description-

IT Systems Analyst -At least 5 years of experience and will be focusing on AI chat and Analytics dashboard services offered to their dealership customers and will be the critical bridge between business objectives and technology solutions

  • Will be responsible for getting and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing IT systems
  • Must have knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Must have knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization Platforms
  • Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology related discipline
  • Must have at least 5 years of IT development experience.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have experience in business requirement documentation, writing use cases, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to understand their specific communication needs, dealer pain points, and desired outcomes for an AI chat service.
  • Will need to translate business requirements into detailed tech specs for the AI chat system- what types of questions it should answer, how it should qualify leads, and how it should integrate with existing dealership systems.
  • Will need to define data flows, use cases, business requirements, and integration points
