JOB DESCRIPTION

Apex is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Application Systems Analyst to lead and execute Application transformation and modernization initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Application Rationalization and Governance, with a strong focus on designing scalable architectures, managing end-to-end transformations, and implementing best practices across diverse environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead application rationalization efforts and develop roadmaps for decommissioning.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow APM and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Develop and implement application governance frameworks.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and documentation of application portfolios.
  • Support the integration of change management activities with application projects.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in application consulting or related roles.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow APM and application rationalization.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with governance frameworks and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
