CRM Applications Manager - Salesforce & Investor Relations Tech

We're looking for an experienced CRM Applications Manager to support technology solutions for investor relations and private investment teams. This role is ideal for someone with 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience who also understands investor onboarding, fundraising platforms, and data workflows in financial services.

You'll work closely with business users to gather requirements, manage CRM enhancements, and lead technology initiatives from planning to post-implementation. This role emphasizes collaboration, process optimization, and strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce application management-configuring workflows, data models, reports, and automation.

  • Partner with Investor Relations and Private Investment teams to gather business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

  • Lead user acceptance testing, training, and rollout of system changes.

  • Manage ongoing enhancements and production support across multiple projects.

  • Collaborate with business teams to design CRM-driven reporting and insights.

  • Document system requirements and updates with clear, organized processes.

  • Guide junior analysts and provide leadership in system best practices.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or similar CRM platform ownership.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce flows, process builder, data models, and automation tools.

  • Familiarity with investor relations tools such as FIS DDX, Seismic, Cvent, Anduin, or Loopio is a strong plus.

  • Experience working with APIs, integrations (Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi), and data tools like SQL or Postman.

  • Exposure to enterprise reporting platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Reports.

  • Understanding of investor onboarding, CRM fundraising pipelines, and financial data governance.

  • Prior work in a financial services or private equity firm is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or relevant technical/finance certifications a plus.
