Payroll & Tax SME Global View Platform

Job Description:

We are seeking a Payroll and Tax Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in ADP GlobalView to support a client based out of San Jose, California. This role will focus on ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations across relevant jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for payroll and tax processes on the ADP GlobalView platform.
• Support payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. and global tax laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Assist in process improvements and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in payroll and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView is a must.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and global payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in San Jose, CA
