Location: Onsite - Cranston, RI

Duration: 12+ months

 

Job description:

Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDDH) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Division. Reporting to the DD Associate Director for Administrative Services, this position will be responsible for triaging production issues, overseeing enhancements, and implementing new functionality across multiple contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain technical and operational functions for:
    • Case Management
    • Rhode Island Community Living Supports (RICLAS) Billing
    • Quality Assurance Systems (including incident reporting)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
  • Lead projects that enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical teams, leadership, and end-users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in technical and operational environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to escalate and resolve issues promptly.

Notes: We need folks who have government experience, specifically government healthcare. Preferably PMs who can jump into chaos and get the projects on track, etc.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
