Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformations.
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Expertise in Agile program/portfolio management (e.g., SAFe, Spotify, or hybrid models).
Experience with Lean Portfolio Management, OKRs, and outcome-driven delivery.
Skilled in cross-team planning, governance, and coordination of large transformation initiatives.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including AI/GenAI enablement.
Ability to align people, process, and platforms for emerging tech adoption.
Deep understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
Proven ability to lead organization-wide change initiatives and stakeholder adoption efforts.
Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Strong facilitation and coaching abilities for events like workshops, PI planning, and retrospectives.
Tools & Methodologies
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Aha!, Miro, Confluence.
Experienced in Agile methodologies and modern product operating models.
