Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development/Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nutley, NJ. This position is ideal for entry level candidates or early-career professionals who are passionate about IT services and sales. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing relationships with IT staffing vendors, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT staffing and services sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT staffing vendors and establish partnerships for talent supply.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients and vendors to understand their staffing needs.
  • Work with internal teams to propose tailored staffing solutions.
  • Follow up on leads through cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment.
  • Travel to client and vendor sites as required to represent the company and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration with supporting coursework in Information Technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally to client/vendor locations.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • 1 2 years of experience in IT Services, IT Staffing, or Business Development.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Understanding of technical job roles such as developers, network engineers, cybersecurity analysts, etc.
  • Prior involvement in sales or marketing campaigns within the tech industry.
