Title – ServiceNow Portal Developer
Position – 1+ Years Long Term Contract
Location – Remote
DOD Clearence Needed
Responsibilities:
Design and customize ServiceNow Service Portals with a strong focus on Portal User Experience.
Develop widgets, themes, and responsive layouts.
Ensure portals are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with branding.
Integrate portals with backend workflows and Virtual Agent.
Skills:
Strong front-end development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap).
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal framework.
Expertise in Portal UX design principles and accessibility standards.
Exposure to Virtual Agent and NowAssist integration for enhanced user experience.
Knowledge of HRSD EC Portal customization.
