Job Description:

Education:


Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:


Strong proficiency in CRM Sales (preferred ZOHO CRM Sales but any CRM sales is good) including customization, configuration, and automation.


Knowledge of CRM integrations (API, webhooks, etc.).

Business Skills:

In-depth understanding of sales processes.
Experience with business analysis, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work with Business to define requirements. Provide suggestions
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to work with Technical teams explaining the requirements
Soft Skills:


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
