Title: Syteline Business Analyst

Location: On-Site / Irving, Texas

Salary: $80k-$90k

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Business Analyst to support and optimize business processes through the effective use of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) ERP. This role will focus on reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and functional enhancements to ensure that business operations are supported with accurate data and continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports across sales, purchasing, production, engineering, and finance to support operational decision-making.


• Work closely with department leaders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP reporting and workflow solutions.


• Develop custom reports using Power BI and Birst based on departmental requirements.


• Train end-users on functional ERP processes and offer support for issues impacting reporting or daily use.


• Identify areas for improvement in system usage and processes, leveraging CSI functionality to enhance business outcomes.


• Maintain process documentation, workflows, and business logic to support system knowledge and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.


• Hands-on experience with Infor CSI/Syteline in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on functional use, reporting, and end-user support.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to understand operational processes and translate them into ERP requirements

Bonus:

• Familiarity with Power BI, Birst, and ERP reporting tool
