Job Details

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully led large-scale transformation projects, ideally involving data migration, enterprise platform upgrades, or organizational change. The ideal candidate is delivery-focused, comfortable working in Agile environments, and hands-on with tools like Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery

  • Oversee execution of complex data and system transformation initiatives across business units

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and Jira boards

  • Drive Agile ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and track dependencies

  • Ensure transparency through reporting dashboards and regular status updates

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in large-scale transformation projects

  • Strong command of Agile methodologies and practical experience running Agile teams

  • Hands-on experience with Jira (must-have) for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management

  • Background in data transformation, system migration, or platform modernization projects

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management at all levels

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
