Job Details
Job Role: Guidewire Claim Center Tech Lead
Location: Columbus, OH
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain application code using GOSU in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Plan, design, develop, debug, and evaluate moderately complex software solutions.
- Analyze existing systems or design moderately complex new systems with a focus on interface requirements and configuration architecture.
- Create detailed Design Documents for integrations.
- Configure application points as per specifications using Guidewire or J2EE components.
- Conduct code reviews, perform shake-down testing, and deliver software in Agile environments.
- Work with Guidewire plug-ins, messaging systems, and APIs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams.
Essential Skills:
- Production Support: Troubleshoot and resolve batch issues, ensuring stability and performance.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Gosu, JUnit, Spring Boot, AWS, and Guidewire ClaimCenter v10.
- Batch Processing: Manage and resolve complex batch processing challenges.
- On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation to address critical P0 issues.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a technical team focused on Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including BAs and QA.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement system performance enhancements.
