Job Overview

  • The EEFax / EFS Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a small-scale project that encompasses multiple tasks throughout its lifecycle.
  • This role involves ensuring project objectives are met in alignment with IRS technical and business requirements while maintaining budget and timeline integrity.
  • The Project Manager will collaborate with IRS management and stakeholders to deliver system improvements, define requirements, and oversee quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee small-scale projects with multiple tasks from initiation through completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on IRS customer technical requirements.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze technical data to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Advise IRS management and customers on complex system projects and related activities.
    Work closely with customers to identify, define, and document communication systems and equipment requirements.
  • Perform and document quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Provide instruction, guidance, and feedback on quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple tasks across a project lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of EEFax and EFS systems and operations.
  • Experience in defining system scope and objectives, including technical requirement gathering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for compiling and interpreting technical data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise leadership.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and hands-on experience conducting QA reviews.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
