About the Role:

Our client is looking for an Analytics Implementation Specialist with a strong technical and reporting background to lead their web analytics initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing enterprise-class analytics platforms, ensuring accurate data collection, driving meaningful insights, and optimizing user experiences through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain enterprise-class web analytics platforms (GA360, GA4, Web Trends, etc.)

Lead analytics platform migrations (e.g., GA360 GA4) ensuring smooth transition and data integrity

Configure and manage web tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)

Develop and deliver custom reports, advanced segments, and complex goals to measure business KPIs

Integrate disparate datasets to produce concise reports, dashboards, and actionable insights

Partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to influence business decisions through analytics

Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization

Promote best practices in digital analytics, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making

Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and digital software development

4 5+ years managing enterprise-class web analytics platforms (GA360, GA4, Web Trends, etc.)

Expertise in web analytics platform migrations (highly valuable)

Proficiency with web tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium)

Strong experience building custom reports, advanced segments, and presenting insights

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data integration & reporting)

Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with leadership and decision-makers

Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices

Desirable Skills:

Passion for improving user experience through data and evidence

Experience in A/B and multivariate testing techniques and best practices

Familiarity with optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO)

Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
