Junior IT Support Specialist

Our Client, a renewable energy company focused on lithium ion battery cell manufacturing, are currently looking of a Support Engineer to help support internal users. In this role you will be focused on supporting users within a full Windows environment, as well as phone support on both IOS & Android devices through Intune.

This role will require an on-site presence within the Boston area 5 days a week, and there will be some travel involved as well to their new facility which is being converted to their main quarters.

Technology Requirements:

• Active Director & Office 365
• Windows experience
• Intune

Technology Plus's:

• Cisco Meraki
• VMware

This role does require you being on-site with some travel, so a car and an active license is required
