Job Title: Solution Design Lead
Location: Remote
Client: Dollar General
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design for vTEX-based e-commerce implementation, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Define architecture strategy, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural options based on industry best practices and client-specific needs.
- Guide technical teams through implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and design.
- Support the project lifecycle from discovery through deployment, including documentation, testing, and support planning.
- Act as a key point of contact between client stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical lead roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with vTEX e-commerce platform implementation, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience in retail or e-commerce domain, preferably with high-volume/enterprise-scale clients.
- Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and headless commerce architecture.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies commonly used with vTEX (e.g., React, GraphQL, Node.js).
- Experience with integration of third-party systems (payment gateways, ERP, PIM, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Dollar General or similar large retailers is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models and working in a distributed team environment.

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in control systems, robotics, electronic engineering, or a related field
