Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AEM Tech Lead with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web solutions, guiding a distributed engineering team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile and eCommerce-driven environments.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery on AEM projects, including architecture, development, and deployment.
  • Design and implement frontend solutions using micro-frontend (MFE) patterns and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or NextJS.
  • Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
  • Guide caching strategies, API integration (GraphQL), and data access with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Manage and mentor remote engineering teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and delivery timelines.



Required Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe AEM 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Strong frontend development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, NextJS, GraphQL
  • Proven knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and frontend performance optimization
  • Experience in Agile delivery and eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with caching mechanisms, message queues, SQL, and NoSQL databases
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing remote engineering teams
