Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on L2 Network Engineer with field services experience to support network infrastructure across Los Angeles County. This role involves onsite installations, LAN surveys, cabling, and troubleshooting across diverse environments including data centers, offices, and construction sites.

We're seeking a hands-on L2 Network Engineer with field services experience to support network infrastructure across Los Angeles County. This role involves onsite installations, LAN surveys, cabling, and troubleshooting across diverse environments including data centers, offices, and construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rack & stack network devices, servers, and firewalls
- Conduct accurate LAN/network surveys
- Install, terminate, and test copper & fiber cabling
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform cable management
- Configure and upgrade devices (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Work with protocols like IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
- Collaborate with client IT teams and maintain documentation
- Travel locally and domestically (up to 50%) as needed
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on networking and cabling skills
- Experience with LAN surveys and field service delivery
- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, switching, and security
- Ability to lift equipment, work at heights, and in varied environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Must reside in Los Angeles
