Job Details

Develop and execute cutover strategy and detailed plans for Go-Live

Coordinate end-to-end cutover activities across technical and business teams

Lead Q cutover, mock cutover, and production cutover cycles

Capture lessons learned and apply improvements to subsequent cycles

Define and manage comprehensive test strategy (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression)

Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution

Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders

Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with the client project management methodology

10 to 15 years

8+ years

8+ years of SAP implementation experience in cutover and testing roles

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects

Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Familiarity with test management tools (HP ALM, qTest, Jira)

CPG industry knowledge
