Job Details

Develop and own the test strategy and test plan for the S4HANA upgrade.
- Coordinate unit, integration, regression, UAT, and cutover testing phases.
- Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
- Manage test environments, data preparation, and test execution schedules.
- Lead defect triage meetings, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Oversee test automation initiatives using tools like TOSCA, HP ALM, or SAP CBTA.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational QA standards.
- Provide status reports and metrics to stakeholders and project leadership.
- Collaborate with business users, consultants, and offshore teams to ensure test coverage and readiness.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 2 full cycle upgrade or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA architecture, modules, and upgrade impacts.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TOSCA, SAP Solution Manager.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting.
