Job Role: ServiceNow Program Manager

Location: Yorkshire, PA / Remote


Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Develop and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap aligned with business and technology needs
  • Provide technical guidance, best practices and architectural leadership for the ServiceNow engagement
  • Delivery Governance of programs
  • Client relationship management
  • Work effectively with geographically diverse teams (offshore) to deliver timely responses to clients and client account teams
  • Contribute to project strategy and deliverable planning
  • Interfacing with implementation teams, explaining customer requirements, to ensure a successful transition from the sale phase to the delivery phase
  • Communicate how the engagement impacts risks, business objectives, and quality goals to guide the work of others
  • Good organizational and personal skills to communicate with business stakeholder
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed.
