Division: DHB Provider Operations Unit

Overview:

The Product Manager is a senior expert responsible for leading technical operations and managing the development and success of the Provider Data Management / Credentials Verification Organization (PDM/CVO) system. This role bridges business and IT, driving forward initiatives that support Provider Operations and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership PDM/CVO:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PDM/CVO system.
  • Understand customer and market needs, gather and incorporate feedback, and analyze competitive products.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Prioritize features and updates to deliver business value and improve user experience.

Business & IT Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to gather, communicate, and act on technical and information requirements.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of updates in NCTracks and PDM/CVO.
  • Oversee planning, change requests, training, testing, and defect management.

Data & Process Management:

  • Support data analysis, testing, and validation of business processes.
  • Evaluate file layouts, identify risks, and assess downstream impacts on related systems.
  • Leverage systems and tools for research, error resolution, and dashboard/report development.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and support a team of Business Analysts focused on Provider Operations.
  • Coordinate and contribute to technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Operational Support:

  • Assist with other initiatives, projects, and ongoing Provider Operations activities as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated expertise in product management, especially for large-scale or complex systems.
  • Strong background in application development, system integration, and technical leadership.
  • Ability to explain technical and functional concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders, managing teams, and delivering high-impact solutions.
