Description

We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Neptune, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key role in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our PeopleSoft HRIS, with a focus on leveraging Fluid Pages technology to enhance user experience and streamline Information Technology processes.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of user/business requirements, translating needs to system technical requirements and setting up project work teams.
Troubleshoot all payroll technical issues independently, partnering with the PeopleSoft technical team as needed.
Provide custom report development and may provide standard reports to clients.
Acquire and retain in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor rules, table structure and Time Admin processing to effectively manage and resolve rule inconsistencies and incorrect calculations.
Produce reports using PeopleSoft Query, SQL, XML Publisher, and Connected Queries.
Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Business Systems, Confluence, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Requirement Document, Design, Diagram, and PeopleSoft Application to complete tasks and projects.

Requirements

Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of business systems and their applications
Prior experience with database management and EO/IR systems
Familiarity and hands-on experience with AB Testing methods
Ability to work in an Agile Scrum environment
Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
Strong design and diagram skills
Proficiency in PeopleSoft Applications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and organization skills
Understanding of business operations and processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
Willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
