Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable features and user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, and developers to execute product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership regarding project status and next steps.
  • Facilitate agile development processes and promote best practices within the team.
  • Assess and manage defects and issues, providing input on resolution strategies.

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and Medicare systems.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Rally.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with medical claims processing, particularly within the COSMOS platform.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving agile development initiatives.
