Seeking a Functional Analyst with D365 Business Central Experience.
Description
This team will be responsible for picking up the functional components from a previous service provider for the Dealer Management System (DMS). DMS is on a Dynamics 365 and is about 90% customized with Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV).
There are 5 separate domains it's important to have experience with:
Sales (including Rentals)
Operations
Parts
Service
Field Service
Day to day:
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience with Dynamics NAV can be accepted, but they need to have Dynamics BC in recent roles.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $110.00/hr.

Description
This team will be responsible for picking up the functional components from a previous service provider for the Dealer Management System (DMS). DMS is on a Dynamics 365 and is about 90% customized with Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV).

Day to day:
- Support and enhance reporting systems leveraging D365 BC, ensuring data validation and accuracy for
- compliance and operational reporting.
- Partner with BI developers and product owners to validate datasets and logic used in dashboards and
- operational metrics as part of CORE dealer rollout.
- Provide expert post-go-live support for Dynamics BC, with focus on Sales, Operation, Parts, Service, BC Field Service
- modules impacted by dealer customizations.
- Troubleshoot and refine custom integrations with third-party logistics and part suppliers across the
- Parts module.
- Guide the usage of Advanced Warehouse module including bin policies, warehouse shipments, put-
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for one of the domains
- Contribute to CE Field Service Mobile configuration and testing; ensure seamless field dispatch, service
- request visibility, and technician adoption.
- Create SOPs, train end users, and assist junior analysts in supporting dealer-level custom setups across
