Job Description:
The Network Administrator - Operations Proactive Sensor Management position provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will provide IT service support for NETCOM Operations Sensor visualization utilizing provided tools in order to achieve a comprehensive situational understanding of NETCOM managed networks. The Proactive Sensor Management position provides a Common Operational Picture (COP) with near real-time sensor data of all DoDIN-A network asses including circuit status and key performing indicators (KPIs).

Selected candidate will support operations on-site at our Fort Huachuca facility.

How the Network Administrator - Operations Proactive Sensor Management position will make an impact:

  • Provide services to Operations Watch Floor Battle Captain in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM).
  • Provide IT service support for NETCOM Operations Sensor visualization utilizing provided tools in order to achieve a comprehensive situational understanding of NETCOM managed networks.
  • Provide a Common Operational Picture (COP) with near real-time sensor data of all DoDIN-A network asses including circuit status and key performing indicators (KPIs).
  • Management to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects or tasks.

What you'll need to be successful (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience required. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.
  • Current IAT level II (DoD 8570) certification required.
  • In-depth understanding of the task order requirements, their responsibilities, and the ability, knowledge, experience, and skills to carry out those requirements and responsibilities.
  • Understanding of DoD Information Network - Army (DODIN-A) capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs.
  • Experience supporting DISA Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) operations, tools and technologies for network performance and application performance monitoring.
  • Understanding of Army Top Level Architecture (TLA) operations and technologies (tool expertise includes but is not limited to DX NETOPS Spectrum).

The likely salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
