Join our dynamic team as a Senior UX/UI Designer/Developer and lead the creation of innovative, user-centered solutions for call center operations and customer-facing tools. Leverage your expertise in AWS Connect to enhance customer journeys and streamline agent workflows in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive user interfaces for customer tools, including self-service portals and agent dashboards.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and customer service teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
- Design and develop AWS Connect contact flows and integrations to enhance customer and agent experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AWS Connect solutions based on analytics and user feedback.
Skills
- Proven experience in UX/UI design and development, particularly for call centers and customer service tools.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Connect and related services such as AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven customer service tools like chatbots.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
- AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Knowledge of customer behavior analytics and service optimization.
