Overview:-
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage project logistics, resource tracking, financial forecasting, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in day-to-day project execution, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines.

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Build and manage detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.

  • Status Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly status reports outlining progress, risks, issues, and upcoming activities.

  • Action Item Tracking: Maintain action logs, follow up with owners, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Forecast & Clarity Management:

    • Assist in resource forecasting, budget tracking, and financial updates in Clarity (or similar PPM tools).

    • Update project forecasts, actuals, and allocations.

    • Ensure data accuracy and generate reports for portfolio reviews.

  • Vendor Tracking: Support onboarding processes, SOW/PO tracking, deliverable monitoring, and coordination with vendors.

  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation including minutes, project plans, risks/issues, and project artifacts.

  • Communication: Facilitate communication among technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Assist in improving project management standards, templates, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 1 3 years in project coordination, PMO support, or similar role within technical or digital environments.

  • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    • Hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).

    • Familiarity with portfolio tools such as Clarity.

    • Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and vendor lifecycle management.

    • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
