Location St. Petersburg, FL 33716 (Hybrid)

Duration 8-12 Months (Temp to Perm)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines.
• Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans.
• Assist with new Advisor Payout System (APS) Project Initiatives.
• Learn the new APS system and assist workstreams with related questions and troubleshooting.
• Gather and complete Phase 2 business requirements.
• Support deployment, data comparison, and data validation workstreams as a utility player.
• Support SIT, UAT, and PAR testing for assigned workstreams.
• Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in compensation operations.
• Understanding of financials, payables, and expenses.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and complex teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to execute communication and project plans effectively.
• Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering.
• Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with global stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and hold self and others accountable.
• Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with consistent results delivery.
• Sound decision-making skills, especially with sensitive data.

Education:

• BS Degree or equivalent experience

Manager notes:

• They are replacing an old legacy system. They are implementing a new advisor payroll system.
• The lead BA would be assisting Vashonda.
• Meeting with business users, business teams, gather the requirements.
• The BA should have some Tech background but not much is required, some SQL exp would be preferred. Should understand Process Flows. (a plus)
• The project is going live soon.
• May convert to an FTE.
• Local to St. Pete for hybrid work.
• Agile background or a mixture of both Agile/waterfall is fine
