Job Opening: SAP P2P & Ariba Program/Project Management Lead Onsite in Grapevine, Dallas

Job Type: Contract (High chance of extension 75%)
Duration: Long-term ERP transformation project

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience

  • 10+ years of SAP Ariba expertise

  • Strong leadership & client management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to spearhead a high-impact ERP transformation project involving SAP S/4HANA and Ariba. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can:

  • Drive the end-to-end P2P solution across SAP S/4 and Ariba platforms

  • Engage and educate clients through ERP adoption and transformation

  • Collaborate across domain leads and global technical (offshore) teams

  • Navigate a client with limited ERP maturity through best practices and structured delivery

  • Get hands-on when required to troubleshoot or deep-dive into solutioning
