- The Senior Scrum Master and release coordinator will have Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) expertise and is a highly experienced Agile Coach who leads, coaches and trains multiple Scrum/ Kanban/ Scrumban teams within a large organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). As a release coordinator , ensures that software releases are planned and coordinated across multiple efforts.

responsibilities:
- SAFe Implementation and Coaching: Guide shared services teams in a Hybrid Agile Environment in adopting and effectively utilizing SAFe practices, including PI Planning, Retrospectives and facilitating key SAFe routines across multiple teams/ARTs.
- Team Coaching and Development: Mentor and coach scrum teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, self-organization and problem-solving to enhance their performance within the SAFe Framework.
qualifications:
- Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
- Agile Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban experience.
- Ability to custom tailor the Scaled Agile Framework for a Shared Services environment.
- Expertise in Standard Waterfall and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban) SDLC.
- Analytical experience - ability to interpret requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance.
- Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools, including JIRA, Confluence Microsoft Office.
- In depth Exposure to application development.
- Software Release management experience.

- Over 5+ years of agile coaching experience at the team level and release train level.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, ability to adapt to changing priorities and work hours.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Must be able to problem solve and work through solutions quickly.
- Must have project management/ leadership experience.
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
