Job Description:

Pay Range: $73.57hr - $78.57hr

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic negotiations for high-priority contracts including Fuji contract, Project Fusion, Inventory Workshop lead and Xenpozyme negotiations.
  • Develop and execute label and packaging strategy for external manufacturing.
  • Project management of concurrent strategic initiatives- Develop and manage negotiation dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Support Ways of Working (WoW) optimization initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze sourcing opportunities.
  • Provide expert advisory on procurement best practices and industry benchmarks.
Required Qualifications Education:
  • BSc or MSc/MBA preferred, Excellent management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic procurement/sourcing, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Biotech is preferred.
  • Consultants from Top tier consulting firms preferred.
  • Proven track record in complex contract negotiations.
  • Strong expertise in external manufacturing and CDMO relationships.
  • Demonstrated capability in training and team development.
  • Advanced project management capabilities.
  • Experience with procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Strategic negotiation outcomes for assigned contracts.
  • Training materials and capability building sessions.
  • Procurement dashboard and tracking system.
  • Sourcing opportunity assessment report.
  • Project status reports and milestone tracking.
  • Process improvement recommendations.
