Job Title: Axiom ControllerView (Capital Markets Domain Experience)
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid Onsite 3 Days a Week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Axiom Developer with strong expertise in Capital Markets regulatory reporting to design, develop, and implement solutions within the AxiomSL platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FRY-15, FRY-9C, Call Reports, FFIEC002, and FFIEC009A filings, along with a deep understanding of capital market products (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives, securities lending, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AxiomSL solutions for regulatory reporting (e.g., FRY-9C, FRY-15, Call Reports, FFIEC002, FFIEC009A).
Configure data sources, workflows, validations, and dashboards within the AxiomSL platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and IT to ensure accurate and timely regulatory submissions.
Analyze and interpret capital market product data (securities, derivatives, loans, etc.) for reporting requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mapping, aggregation, and reporting logic.
Ensure compliance with Federal Reserve, FDIC, and other regulatory mandates.
Optimize AxiomSL processes for performance, scalability, and automation.
Perform data lineage analysis and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Over 5+ years of hands-on experience in AxiomSL development & implementation.
Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services.
Prior experience in FRY-9C, FRY-15, Call Reports, FFIEC002, FFIEC009A regulatory filings.
Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling for regulatory reporting.
Familiarity with US regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines.
Ability to translate business rules into AxiomSL workflows and validation checks.
Strong analytical skills to handle complex financial instruments.
Experience with data governance, data quality, and reconciliation in AxiomSL.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with business and technical teams.
