Job Summary:
Seeking a Designer I to create equipment room layouts and site-specific designs using AutoCAD. Work closely with Project Managers to produce accurate drawings and documentation for customer facilities.

Seeking a Designer I to create equipment room layouts and site-specific designs using AutoCAD. Work closely with Project Managers to produce accurate drawings and documentation for customer facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings/layouts from sketches or verbal instructions.
- Collaborate with field PMs to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and verify design documentation and specifications.
- Maintain compliance with EHS, NEC, and ADA standards.
- Perform quality checks and support project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Architecture or Associate in CAD/Construction Tech + 2+ years design/drafting experience.
- Strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
- Experience interpreting design requirements.
Preferred:
- 3+ years design experience (medical or regulated industries preferred).
- Familiarity with Revit/BIM.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $ 24.03 per hour.
