Job Title: Designer I Job ID: 25-10824 Location: 100% Remote (US Only) Duration: 12 Months on W2 contract (Possible Temp-to-Perm)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Designer I to create equipment room layouts and site-specific designs using AutoCAD. Work closely with Project Managers to produce accurate drawings and documentation for customer facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings/layouts from sketches or verbal instructions.
  • Collaborate with field PMs to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare and verify design documentation and specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with EHS, NEC, and ADA standards.
  • Perform quality checks and support project timelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s in Architecture or Associate in CAD/Construction Tech + 2+ years design/drafting experience.
  • Strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
  • Experience interpreting design requirements.

Preferred:
  • 3+ years design experience (medical or regulated industries preferred).
  • Familiarity with Revit/BIM.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $ 24.03 per hour.
