Overview:

If you're passionate about troubleshooting, documentation, and working across teams, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated POS software issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical problems
- Assist with documentation and troubleshooting guides for vendor partners
- Occasionally support hardware issues (iOS devices, card readers, handhelds)
- Participate in change management and software configuration tasks
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of enterprise IT support experience, especially with third-party SaaS applications
- Experience supporting retail POS systems (Manhattan POS preferred, but others acceptable)
- Strong troubleshooting skills beyond basic help desk support
- Familiarity with hardware support and documentation best practices
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Experience with Postman is a plus
