Job Description: Sales Training Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Remote with occasional in-office training/meetings)
Schedule: Monday Friday
Role Overview
As a vital member of the sales Operations team, the Sales Training Manager will be responsible for accelerating sales productivity and driving measurable revenue growth. This role focuses on developing and executing sales enablement and training programs aligned with client s commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Sales Training / Sales Enablement with strong expertise in program management, training coordination, and B2B sales development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute data-driven sales enablement strategies, including onboarding, seller development, and manager training to improve ramp-up time and sales productivity.
- Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional revenue support teams to optimize sales processes, enablement tools, and value-based training.
- Create and deliver visually compelling presentations, materials, and communications that engage and inspire the salesforce.
- Manage and measure enablement programs to ensure adoption of sales processes, tools, and behaviors aligned with customer and business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, identify gaps, and develop targeted improvement initiatives.
- Maintain an enablement roadmap to align with evolving business priorities and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all sales channels.
- Drive change management and adoption of new sales tools and technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and coaching by building strong relationships with sales managers and frontline sellers.

- Develop enablement programs that directly influence KPIs such as win rates, pipeline growth, and ARPU.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales operations concepts (coverage models, segmentation, compensation design).
- Balance immediate revenue priorities with long-term enablement initiatives.
- Deliver disciplined project management for complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Measure and evaluate enablement program effectiveness to continuously improve outcomes.
- Embody client s B3 values integrity, collaboration, and results.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills to design impactful enablement programs.
Experience / Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing onboarding, coaching, and enablement programs.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality communication and training materials that simplify complex concepts.
- Program management experience with measurable revenue impact.
- Background in telecommunications, shared communications infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.

- Key Stakeholders: Commercial leadership, Sales teams, Revenue support teams
