Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 dependent upon experience
The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst serves as the lead implementation and support person for all clinical applications and facilitates the configuration, implementation, and training of the electronic medical record and other clinical computer software. The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert assisting in the resolution of issues affecting all electronic clinical systems and works closely with the IS department ensuring federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations are followed within the IS environment, including HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and all related audits.

Care Management and Service Delivery - 15%

Requirements
- Nursing or Associate degree from an accredited college, university or vocational school preferred.
- Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
- Five years experience in clinical systems operations analysis, planning, budgeting, and documentation required.
- Experience developing and delivering computer application training.
- Experience in direct end user interactions and support for diverse customer groups required.
- Experience in project management required.
- Experience in a long-term care, home health, hospice, or hospital setting preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably MatrixCare, PointClickCare or Homecare Homebase.
