Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:
- Valid Master HVAC Technician license.
- Steam experience is required.
- Stationary Engineer License preferred.
- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and able to perform physical labor.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment with students and employees.
