Description: Our client is currently seeking a Organizational Change Management Specialist for their Austin, TX ofice.

Job Description:

As the Organizational Change Management Specialist, you will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting our team's ability to achieve its key results. The OCM role is about transforming the company's technology organization to support our team's project goals. This involves helping our internal partners move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, adopting and improving processes, re-designing process roles, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead OCM activities covering the different components (e.g. communications, training, stakeholder management, coaching)

Develop and execute communication plans

Provide coaching and/or mentoring of team members and internal partners from an OCM perspective

Develop and deliver user adoption/training programs for projects/initiatives

Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change

Qualifications

Minimum four years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development

Minimum two years of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements

Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

Bachelors' degree

Demonstrated interest in a profession in Human Capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.

Preferred - Advanced degree in related specialization area

Preferred - Confluence, JIRA
