Position Title: NetworX Product Consultant (Remote)
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled NetworX Product Consultant to deliver expert guidance on the configuration and optimization of TriZetto NetworX applications. In this remote role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead requirements and design sessions, and ensure seamless implementation tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and design sessions to capture and translate business requirements into effective NetworX configurations.
- Configure and optimize NetworX applications for pricing, contract loading, and reimbursement setup.
- Analyze configuration challenges, propose solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues in the NetworX/Facets ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams-onshore and offshore-for implementation, integration, and knowledge transfer.
- Validate system configurations through testing and maintain robust documentation of processes and updates.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide training on NetworX tools and best practices.
- Stay aligned with healthcare compliance standards and participate actively in project planning and execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in healthcare IT with at least 5 years focused on TriZetto NetworX pricing.
- Proficient in NetworX Modeler, Integrated NetworX Pricer, and Facets system functionality.
- Advanced knowledge of NetworX and Facets data models and configuration structures.
- Strong SQL skills, especially for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience interpreting complex provider reimbursement models and payer-provider contract terms.
- Familiarity with Optum PPS and end-to-end claims processing systems.
- Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, LTSS, and DSNP plan operations is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to manage deliverables in a dynamic, remote, and cross-cultural work environment.
- Consistent documentation and process improvement mindset.
- Skilled in addressing performance issues and system inefficiencies.
