Job Details

Senior Software Developers for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, deploy, and transform high-volume production platforms, software releases into production environments. Confer with systems and business partners for software solutions. Analyze maintenance and enhancement batch and online projects, client/user needs, requirements components. Perform unit, system, integration, preproduction testing. Implement code into production, provide working stories status, handle production failure calls and service tickets, fix issues, review system functionality. Maintain documentation, identify problems, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Cobol, CICS, VSAM, JCL, FileAid, Endevor, debuggers, schedulers, DB2, Agile, SQL, ISPW, Git, IBM-IDz, Control-M, Xpeditor, Spufi, TSO, ISPF, ServiceNow, HPSM, MVS. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience analyzing requirements components; performing unit, system, integration, preproduction testing; handling service tickets; using Cobol, CICS, VSAM, JCL, FileAid, Endevor, DB2, Agile, SQL, ISPW, Git, IBM-IDz, Control-M, Spufi. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
