Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location : New York City, NY
Required Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years supporting Salesforce in a service-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and best practices (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and data tools such as SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, Dataloader, Workbench, or similar.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows and Apex Triggers.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
