Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee complex projects within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Your expertise in automation, controls, and project management will be key to driving success in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects within manufacturing plants, focusing on automation and controls systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom automation solutions.
Oversee the integration and optimization of technologies such as Siemens, Ignition, and Allen Bradley PLC systems.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Implement change management strategies to support project transitions and system upgrades.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and electrical engineering.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong background in controls, automation, and electrical engineering.
Proficiency in automation tools and platforms, including Siemens, Ignition, and Rockwell Automation.
Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming and HMI software.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management certifications.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of Jira, ERP systems, and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
